School Admission Procedure
Admission Procedure for Classes: Playgroup to IX
A Parent or a guardian of a new student seeking admission for classes P.G. to IX must note that the following attachments are necessary at the time of registration.
- Academic Record – Report card/mark sheet as proof of passing the previous class or promotion to the current class.
- Transfer Certificate – Original Transfer Certificate from the last attended recognized school (affiliated to CBSE/ICSE/State Board). For students transferring from another state, the TC must be countersigned by the District Education Officer (DEO).
- Medical Fitness Certificate – A health certificate issued by a registered doctor, including vaccination/immunization details and any existing medical condition that the school should be aware of.
- Photographs – Four recent passport-sized photographs of the student.
- Residence Proof – Any valid government document such as Ration Card, Voter ID, or Passport to confirm address.
- Adoption (if applicable) – Attested copy of the legal adoption certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Custody Proof (if applicable) – In case of divorced/separated parents, the admitting parent must provide a valid child custody order issued by a court of law.
Admission Procedure for Class-XI
- Registration Form – The application form (available at the school office) must be completed in all respects and submitted to the Admission Department before the specified deadline, along with an attested copy of the Class IX and Class X Board Examination mark sheets.
- Provisional Mark Sheet (if required) – If the official Class X Board mark sheet is not yet issued, candidates may attach a provisional mark sheet provided by their school along with the registration form. However, submission of the final Board mark sheet within the stipulated time is mandatory.
- Incomplete Applications – Applications without the required documents or forms submitted after the due date will not be considered for admission.
- Selection Criteria – Admission to Class XI will be based on the marks obtained in Class IX and Class X Board Examinations. The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the school notice board.
Documents Required for Admission in Class-XI
- Mark Sheet – Attested copy of the mark sheet issued by the Board/School.
- Certificates – Attested copies of the Passing Certificate and Migration Certificate issued by the Board/School.
- Photographs – Four recent passport-sized photographs of the student.
- School-Based Evaluation – For students joining Class XI from CBSE-affiliated schools abroad, an attested copy of the Certificate of School-Based Evaluation must be provided.
- Conduct & Character Certificate – Issued by the last school attended.
- Admission Formalities – Selected candidates must complete admission formalities and pay the required fees at the school office within 7 days. Failure to do so will automatically cancel their claim for admission.
- Second List – If any shortlisted candidates do not confirm their admission within the given time, a second merit list will be published.
Withdrawal From School
The school reserves the right to remove the name of any student from the roll for:
- Fee Default – Non-payment of fees for more than two consecutive months.
- Prolonged Absence – Continuous absence from school for over 10 days without prior intimation.
- Lack of Commitment – Irregular attendance, negligence in studies, or habitual truancy.
- Academic Performance – Failure to clear the annual examination twice in the same class (applicable from Class IX onwards).
- Behavioral Misconduct – Indiscipline, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior by the student or parents.
Transfer Certificate
- Withdrawal Procedure – Withdrawal forms are available in the school office. The form must be duly filled and submitted. Once all formalities are completed, the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be issued within three working days (not on the same day).
- Duplicate Transfer Certificate – Duplicate copies of a T.C. are generally not issued. In exceptional cases, a duplicate may be provided after due verification, on payment of ₹50/- along with an affidavit.
- Admission Timeline – Admissions are usually granted before the commencement of the academic session. The new academic year begins in April every year.
- Submission of Documents – Parents of selected candidates must submit the duly filled admission form along with the child’s Birth Certificate, passport-size photographs, mark sheet, and Transfer Certificate (as applicable) from the last attended school.
- Management Quota – A limited number of seats are reserved for candidates recommended by the school management, subject to eligibility.
- Seat Availability – No admissions will be granted once the allotted seats for a class are filled.
